One-to-one private sessions
There are times in life when we need somewhere to sit with what is unfolding — somewhere beyond the usual advice, explanations and answers.
My one-to-one sessions offer a private and deeply personal space to explore whatever is asking for your attention.
We work with the whole of you — physical, emotional, mental and spiritual — while staying grounded in the reality of your everyday life.
Sometimes you come with a particular question, difficulty or long-standing issue. Sometimes you simply know that something is shifting within you and you want to understand it more deeply.
There is no prescribed pathway.
We begin where you are.
What can unfold
Our work together may include:
- deep listening, communication and Presence
- understanding yourself and your experiences from a different perspective
- exploring questions about life, consciousness and spirituality
- releasing patterns, conditioning and beliefs that no longer serve you
- healing long-standing issues that may be causing unnecessary pain and suffering
- reconnecting with your authentic and true Self
- gaining greater insight into your life, your Soul and what may be unfolding through you
- shifts in consciousness and perception
- Alchemy — transforming experience into greater awareness and understanding
- healing disconnection from your deeper nature
- awakening to and accepting your Sacred and Divine Self

- and, when appropriate, accessing your own Higher Consciousness as a source of guidance, healing and knowing.
The work is not about giving you someone else's answers.
It is about discovering what you already carry within.
You are both the question and the answer
Our (very own) Sacred Nature is The Way, The Truth and The Life.
Healing in Higher Consciousness
There is a natural evolution in the work I offer now: Healing in Higher Consciousness.
During a session, we may consciously connect with and access your own deeper aspect of Self — what you may call your Soul, Greater Self, Higher Self, Over-Soul, Divine or I AM Presence.
It is the aspect or dimension of you that is unencumbered by conditioning and limitations - a deeper, yet higher dimension of Self that knows beyond what we have been taught or believe.
However you relate to it, and whatever terminology sits most naturally for you, is welcome.
The name is not the important part.
What matters is the experience of recognising and utilising your own Higher Consciousness as a source of guidance, healing and knowing.
This brings together decades of work, exploration and experience, and is a natural evolution of what can now be offered.
Rather than placing healing somewhere outside yourself, we begin to discover the intelligence, awareness and wisdom that already exists within you.
A whole-person approach
Whatever approach is taken, we work with the symphony of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual experiences in a practical and grounded way.
Depending on what is appropriate for you, this may draw upon counselling, greater truths, Presence and Grace, energy, DNA/RNA re-programming and flower essences.
The techniques themselves are not the destination.
They are simply ways of supporting the deeper work.
We are guided throughout by your own Sacred and Divine Self.
This is a work of Self-revelation, shifting consciousness and enlightened Self-empowerment.
And ultimately:
The intention has never been dependency.
It has always been your own discovery, your own BEcoming.
When the work begins to change
One-to-one work can sometimes be the beginning of a much deeper relationship with your own unfolding.
After working together for a while, some clients feel it is time to move beyond individual sessions and become students.
They have found the one-to-one work valuable and life-changing. It has opened their eyes, expanded their consciousness and given them new ways of seeing themselves and their lives.
And then something shifts.
They feel ready to take the work further — in a different way, in a different setting and increasingly through their own relationship with themselves.
There is something beautiful about that transition.
The intention has never been to create dependence.
It has always been to support your own discovery, your own BEcoming.

I specialise in the intricacies of Awakening, unfolding and Ascension — all the delights and difficulties we encounter as we unEarth the Sacred and Divine within, remember and BEcome intimate with our true power.
This territory can be extraordinary.
It can also be confusing, confronting, beautiful, disorienting, liberating and deeply human.
There can be moments of profound clarity, and moments when what you thought you knew begins to change.
You don't have to navigate every part of this alone.
Sometimes having another person sit beside you, listen deeply and see what you may not yet be able to see for yourself can make all the difference.
Practicalities
Personal consultations are available by appointment.
I work in Victoria, Australia, and prefer to sit with you in person.
For those living interstate or overseas, virtual sessions can also provide a worthwhile way to communicate and connect for some of this evolutionary and healing work.
Initial consultation: 2 hours
Follow-up sessions: 1 or 1.5 hours
