About Arté Ma
Arté Ma is Art of the Feminine, Art of the Divine Mother, Art of the Womb
It is a name, a way of being, a prayer, an expression and a meditation that emerged from my own decades-long journey of healing, inner exploration and discovering what it can mean to be human.
I did not set out to become a mystic.
I wanted to heal my childhood. I wanted to understand what had happened in my life, break family patterns, heal for my daughter and become a better mother. I wanted to get well.
I searched widely. I worked with traditional and non-traditional approaches and modalities, sometimes returning to things twice, wondering if perhaps I’d missed something the first time.
Eventually, after looking everywhere out there, I went within.
And that changed everything.
The Way Within
What began as a search for healing gradually became a profound inner journey into suffering, surrender, love, consciousness, Life, the Feminine, the Divine and the nature of our BEing.
I had no guru, teacher or doctrine to follow. I had little religious education and no particular spiritual path. I was simply a Western woman living an ordinary life in Australia, trying to understand my own experiences.
Yet, over time, something began to reveal itself.
The deeper I travelled within, the more I encountered a Presence — vast, still, silent and alive — and a brilliant, radiant light or fire that seemed to emerge as layers of conditioning, wounds, beliefs and old patterns were surrendered, released, healed and transformed.
I came to know this as an emanation and Presence of the living Divine, within us.
And I began to understand that it is not something reserved for a chosen few.
It is already here within, because we came with it.
Within You. Within Me. Within All of Us
This became one of the most extraordinary discoveries of my life: that what I had been searching for was not something I needed to be given, acquire and become worthy of, or find somewhere outside myself.
It was already present.
This is what I mean when I speak of Arté Ma.
Arté Ma is my way of expressing the sacred dimensions of the Feminine, the Divine Mother and the Womb — the deep receptive, creative and life-giving intelligence within us.
It is also my exploration of what I came to understand as Christ Consciousness: not simply the return of an individual, but the awakening and embodiment of what is God, the Divine within our own human consciousness.
Jesus said:
“The Father and I Are One.”
What if this is not only something to believe, but something to discover?
What if the Divine is within you, you are within the Divine, and this connection is part of your inheritance as a Human BEing?
You Are The Way
This is what I have spent decades discovering, experiencing, questioning, coming to terms with, embodying and living.
I call myself an unplanned Mystic because mysticism was never the destination — healing was.
But the deeper I went into healing, the more was revealed.
And so Arté Ma became the prayer, Her expression and my meditation.
It is not a doctrine.
It is not a belief system you need to adopt.
It is an invitation to go within and discover what is already there.
You do not need to be special.
You do not need to leave your life behind.
You do not need to live on a mountain or in a monastery.
You can be an ordinary woman, living an ordinary life, and discover the extraordinary within you.
