This is not a throwaway line or platitude, it is a fact and an abiding life-giving truth.


 However to truly accept and love ourselves seems virtually impossible at times, and in many ways a mystery.

There seems more reason to dislike, distrust and disregard ourselves in favour of others.


 But if you take the time to sincerely understand what this actually means, and the implications,

an entire new world can open up, and shift your whole frame of reference and experience

 from one of nescience, doubt, self-sabotage, fear, frustration and powerlessness

to one of Loving Self-Acceptance.


 This course offers you an opportunity to understand the vital nature of Loving Self-Acceptance

and practical ways to go about really feeling, knowing and living this as a reality, regardless of

perceived failure/s, age, body, relationship status, health, trauma, guilt and shame and your circumstances.
